当社の取引先（転職サイト）で担当してくださった方
から電話があり、今月いっぱいで会社を辞めて、
担当者が変わる旨の電話がありました。
今年に入って、コロナの影響で在宅勤務になり
ずっとエンジニアの勉強していたそうです。
来年の1月から、未経験のエンジニアで転職するとのこと。
お給料は下がるそうですが、良い選択だと思います。
本当この仕事をしていて思うのですが、
仕事は需要と供給ですね。
こんなことがあったのでブログに書いてみました。

She will change after leaving the company by the end of this month.
