Position: Social Media Specialist / Manager

Report to: Social Media Lead
The Social Media Specialist / Manager on the corporate Media & Communications team will strengthen strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Their efforts will result in maximizing the House’s social media presence across the platforms in Japan, reinforcing brand equity and engaging local audiences.
The successful candidate will be fluent in English and Japanese as they will be working directly with the internationally arrived Social Media Lead. They will support their work with the platforms, agency partners, the Corporate teams and the three divisions (Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty, Watches & Fine Jewelry), both in Japan and globally. They will help define and develop strategic projects and documents, coordinate planning, governance and amplification calendars with other key stakeholders, advancing hand-in-hand with the CRM, Integrated Media and Research & Insights teams. They will also recruit, manage, and supervise the recurring internship position.
They should bring a willingness to build bridges across cultures, languages, and platforms. This role provides front-row exposure to social media strategy development and focuses on the organic side with a strong awareness of the paid social elements.
