Defines and ensures implementation of business strategy
Defines and ensures implementation of business strategy, guidelines and procedures, acts as trusted advisor to Sales Divisions and Management regarding Business Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Process Optimization: Drives process improvement, solutions enhancement, and innovations to contribute to business growth and excellence with deep understanding of internal processes and products.
* Data Analyses on Sales Activities: Continuously Improves the delivery of data analysis on sales activities, market and customer information to the Sales Divisions to support their decision making.
* Tool Development & Adaption: Contributes to the adaption, implementation and post implementation support (including maintenance and improvement) of business intelligence tools with intuitive, customer-friendly interfaces.
* Digitalization: Leads organizational effectiveness initiatives with related teams and stakeholders, through the introduction of new collaboration, work methodologies, and the latest technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.
Other Responsibilities:
* Drives alignment on strategy, guidelines and procedures related to Business Excellence.
* Analyses, develops, implements and adapts defined Business Excellence guidelines and procedures (e.g. regarding Benchmarking activities) for assigned area of responsibility, ensures proper communication and training.
* Plans and initiates benchmarking activities and assessments of organizational operational performance.
* Defines and monitors appropriate KPIs and improvement targets together with management and functions.
* Sets up, coordinates and ensures implementation of comprehensive business improvement programs in line with overall business strategy and targets.
* Defines program structure, required resources, responsibilities and targets for individual subprograms.
* Monitors program progress and ensures program reviews with management and communication to stakeholders.
