I. BUSINESS CONTEXT:
The environment surrounding the cosmetic retail industry is undergoing major and accelerating changes due to the influence of Covid-19. Making a quick decision and a positive attitude is required for try and learn. Above all, it is necessary to flexibly respond to situations that have never been experienced and enjoy the challenge.
As for the organizational structure of sales, in order to survive in a very competitive environment, it is natural to take charge of multitasking work, and the area in charge is not limited to conventional distribution but also multi-distribution such as Department Stores' e-retailer, Stand Alone Boutiques and pure EC company.
II. EXISTING AND FUTURE STAKES:
It will be absolutely necessary to convert corners and Stand Alone Boutiques to DX, so it is required that have a deep knowledge of retail digitalization.
It goes without saying that seamlessness will accelerate in future distribution strategies, and it is desirable to have an independent person who can respond flexibly and agility to the creation of that mechanism/system.
While the current organization needs people who can see new knowledge and events, it is also important to collaborate with existing staff.
III. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Based on above
・Numerical management and design of all POS owned by FBP
・Responsible for all sales data
・Management and empowerment of team members

応募資格の概要 | ・Minimum 10 years of experience in sales administration including sales field
・Experience of working for a consumer goods company
・Experienced in Sales data analysis and reporting
・Extensive knowledge of Trade/Sales operation
・Advanced excel skills and / or macro / access (preferred) and experience / skills for database management
・Professional and positive approach
・Cross-functional collaboration
・Effective communicator at all levels

・Writing/Speaking/Presentation skill in English
