仕事内容 | Ⅰ. OVERVIEW
The Project Manager will be critical in supporting the Head of Counter Design & Studio as the operations lead focused on overall project management and delivery whilst driving and supporting a creative operating model and establishing a culture, methods and processes ,aligned with the global Artistic Direction (AD), in order to enhance the capabilities of the department.
Ⅱ. SCOPE
60% dedicated to digital activities – Fragrance & Beauty + Watches & Fine Jewelry
40% to others (Print, Architecture, Copy) – Fragrance & Beauty only.
Ⅲ. RESPONSIBILITIES
・Manage localization and adaptations of Global projects, as well as JP local initiatives from AD standpoint.
・Analyze project needs, scoping and define and apply creative process from start to delivery
・Participate in the creative brief and follow-up of the internal teams (creation, writing, production) and external teams in order to kick off each project
・Ensure that any brief - or modification / extension provided by the Divisions is consistent with the objectives of Global/Local AD, planned in a timely manner, circulated in advance for possible discussion and integrated into workflows
・Create schedules for the various projects, making sure that milestones and deliverables are respected; create and maintain progress reports that control and track; responsible for the end-to-end coordination, timeliness, consistency and efficiency of project delivery
・Work closely with Global and Local AD teams and business divisions to ensure seamless campaign execution and collaboration among creative disciplines
・Communicate and work in sync with Global Creative Operations and Digital PMs to ensure we receive digital orchestration, assets, layouts and copy on time. As well as any approvals needed
・Ensure documentation and project request information from other teams is complete and accurate
・Ensure quality assurance of all local assets
・Assist the creative team in managing and prioritizing workloads, assign creative work to teams, and work with closely other teams to prioritize projects
・Proactively keep all teams informed of conflicts, delays or any other unusual situations, obtaining deadline extensions when necessary
・Create JP AD Books for each global adaptation campaign and JP initiative once assets are completed
・Oversee project budgets, invoicing and work closely with the Head of Artistic Direction on annual budgets and planning.
・Create and implement new processes to streamline workflow and improve efficiencies
・Ensure quality and consistency of all processes and protocols within the department
・Partner with the Divisions and external vendors in supporting creative operations process as it relates to new technology tools for asset and project management.
・Carry out retrospectives to analyze and allow constant improvement of our processes. Enforce adherence to work-flow processes and deadlines
・Establish Global AD creative operations ‘know how’ and culture and implement seem-less processes and methodology.

応募資格の概要 | ・6-8 years of experience in digital agency or in house, on 360 ° projects
・Strong experience in managing digital campaigns and platform projects.
・Good understanding of JP digital ecosystem market
・Clear understanding of importance of upholding brand image and standards.
・Self-motivated, diplomatic communicator with excellent interpersonal skills & social fluency.
・Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
・Possess a positive attitude toward teamwork and be an advocate for collaboration. Will quickly and easily adapt to changing mandates and priorities and meets challenges with proactive solutions.
・Must be able to manage many competing projects at once and handle high pressure situations
・Must have ability to prioritize projects and deadlines, have adept project management skills, Impeccable attention to detail and highly organized.
・Luxury or fashion brand experience required.
