Summary of position
The role is expected to be responsible for client mobile applications design and delivery both for internal clients (employee) tools around CRM and Client, as well as publicly available apps to better serve our end clients, that also requires to develop mid and long-term strategy by evaluating latest technologies and standards and see how to cope with an ever-changing mobile environment.
Responsibilities
Application Delivery Strategy
- Develop mid and long-term delivery strategy around Client solutions
- Evaluate and apply latest technologies and standards
- Find the best practice in our company to be able to quickly deliver applications both for our store staffs (iOS only) and clients’ (iOS/Android devices)
- Identify the best partners locally or not to sustain the roadmap of delivery
- Develop a strategy and procedure to ensure that all delivering applications meet security standard
- Propose periodically to improve the quality level of services, develop a roadmap of the improvement plan, and ensure the deliveries along with the roadmap.
Project Management
- Lead mobile application implementation projects enabling our store staffs to better serve their clients and also enabling us to better engage our clients
- Manage projects in coordination with all internal and external actors
Support
- Understand the business processes happening in boutiques for Chanel 3 divisions (Fashion, Watches and Fine Jewelry, Fragrance and Beauty) and ensure the proper behavior of IT solutions to support them
- Transfer projects to support organizations to ensure proper level of service is delivered to our store staffs and to our clients
- Maintain high-level standard when dealing with the services provided to boutiques, corners and clients
- Work in collaboration with the Retail team to align on the practice on apps and app supports.
Innovation
- Suggest new initiatives to bring additional services to our work force
- Actively look for new solutions to help and support our staffs in serving their clients
- At time, develop directly simple POC to help test some simple concepts with the business division
