Accountable for generating leads through business development effort and to achieve and exceed sales targets
Service client accounts and manage client retention
Drive marketing strategies to different target audience through various channels

Business Development
Establish relationship with legal, consulting firms, chambers, government departments, resellers and referral partners to generate leads and build partnership through reseller rates, exclusive deals
Participate in networking groups and functions
Cold call companies to introduce Virtual Office within TEC network
Electronic Database Mining : Generate promotion emails keeping target audience updated
Sales
Handle email, phone and tour enquiries
Qualify clients’ needs, recommend plans, handle objections, negotiate and close deal
Preparing proposals and following up enquiries
Preparation of sales agreement and coordinate with Operations team for welcome
Prepare reports of BD activities, enquiries, sales and terminations
Client account servicing
Ensure that client welfare are taken care of during their tenancy by working with Operations
Build a strong sticky relationship with clients
Responsible for client upsell and upgrade opportunities
Reporting Business Development progress and Sales Results
Provide monthly report regarding Business Development activities, enquiries and sales figures
Update business strategy plan, promotions and actions
Maintain online CRM system to ensure accuracy of VO results
