● Assist in IT services delivery, IT support & maintenance services for both client and internal teams
● Align with project initiated by HQ IT team

● Provide general IT support services in a serviced office environment with mostly multi-national clients.
● Coordinate with regional IT teams on Application and Infrastructure projects.
● Handle IT support and training needs of our own staff.
● Assist deployment of IT services and packages for our clients and improve our service revenue.
● Take part in any other regional IT initiatives as directed by the HQ.
● Vendor management of IT fixed asset, internet infrastructure, server room facilities and TEC IT equipment
● Troubleshooting on network, workstations, printers, and server.
● Hardware and software installation and configuration.
● Computer software installation / security / update and user trouble shooting.
● Assist on IT procurement and audit on quality of service delivery.
● Preventive maintenance

● Certificate in Computer Engineering or related disciplines
● Minimum 2 years’ experience in system support service
● Experience with Microsoft Windows, Mac and / or Linux desktop operating systems in network.
● Knowledge in MS Office suites, Apple and Android smart devices support
● Hands on experience and sound technical knowledge with server and infrastructure
● Experience in desktop/server virtualization such as VMWare will be an advantage
● Experience with Office365 will be an advantage
● Experience with enterprise wifi systems will be an advantage
● Experience with printers, AV equipment will be an advantage
● IT Certification desirable
