He or she carries out works to ensure that the procurement process guideline is duly kept by the business divisions by educating and supporting them to understand the procurement process and to conduct their procurement activities in accordance with the guideline and other relevant rules. Also, he or she supports Head of Procurement to implement a procurement tool and global projects. Procurement Department is a relatively new function and thus he or she must have strong capability in business partnering to build good relationship with all the business divisions.

Job summary:
- Responsible for implement procurement process to all the business and encourage them to follow the right process
- Responsible for participating in global projects with Head of Procurement department
- Responsible for participating in development and execution of Source-to-pay(S2P) system with Head of Procurement department.
- Plan and lead local procurement projects in collaboration with the business teams and global category managers.
Principle duties and responsibilities
- Ensure and manage all the indirect procurement activities to be conducted in accordance with the procurement process guideline by the business divisions on daily basis
- Conduct spend analysis in order to monitor whether the procurement activity is conducted in accordance with the rules and to look for opportunity to make the productivity improvement.
- Support global projects to be driven as planned.
- Manage progress of the global and local projects.
- Prepare for the reports on saving and status of the projects.
- Support Head of Procurement to plan and implement a procurement tool and system.
- Conduct risk assessment of suppliers.

Education / Experience requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science
- Minimum 5 years in indirect procurement
- Demonstrated commitment in relationship building
- Key procurement performance skills in market analysis, contract managements, supplier selection, negotiation, supplier performance and relationship management
- Knowledge of the project management methodologies and procurement tools such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc.
- Any industry Welcome (luxury experiences are plus)
- Working experience at global companies and/or as a part of global project is a plus
