Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for;
・Organize and executing social media communication based on the digital marketing & client communication strategies
・Analyze and improve end user experience on digital platforms
・Take initiative on digital platform development and improvement
・Coordinate with other department to consolidate reports
・Take lead in digital service project

Main activities:
・Plan and execute digital marketing and client communication on digital platforms
・Analyze the result of digital communication/client engagement
・Text management of owned media for official website and social media platform
・Coordinate with agency and internal teams for development and improvement on digital marketing tools/platforms (LINE, SNS, Data management, Apps, official website)
・Review and analyze competitors’ communication activities and digital

Requirements:
・3+ years working experience with good understanding of retail business, marketing and client communication
・High level of business English
・Solid understanding of digital marketing
・Appropriate level of Excel and presentation, BI tool knowledge to create and manage analysis result
・Excellent analytical and multitask skills
・Flexibility, Open minded communication, Team work
