【Context / background】

We are embarking on a journey to transform its operating model and the information system architecture, shifting towards a model leveraging global capabilities and local expertise.
Combined with a transformation of the Digital organization on the business side,  IT dep.is also developing capabilities in Digital domain to accompany business initiatives and search for new talents to support the strategic business activity in our owned retail network.
In this, the ability to connect to other systems, be it in the environment or outside of the environment, as well as the ability to develop modularity and a service driven strategy through our application landscape becomes critical.

【Summary of position】

As an integration Specialist, you will be in charge of applications integration from requirement analysis to the production delivery and support level 2.

The landscape includes real-time Integration patterns to support our digital transformation as well as files exchanges patterns to be rationalized in alignment with our global standards solutions.
You will work with all the IT Division, global teams as well as offshore solution centers and local partners.

The position will be based in our Ginza office.

【Responsibilities】

Project support
-Track requests of new interfaces and evolution.
-Analyze the requirements and design solutions in alignment with our standards.
-Follow the build and test phases with our offshore solution centers and local partners.
-Support the acceptance tests, keep documents up to date and approved for delivery.
Support
-Provide Support level 2 on the solutions already live.

Experience
-Great track record in experience with APIs, Authentication, ESB or other enterprise grade middleware, microservices, Azure integration stack or other clouds equivalent solutions.
-Participated in large projects involving global communication.
-Development of integration solutions, including data mapping, transformation, error handling, alerts and logging.
Skills
-Good knowledge of languages such as c# or Java, data exchange formats json and xml.
-Knowledge of Devops development practice and tooling, such as Azure DevOps.
-Good verbal and written communication skills (fluent English mandatory, business Japanese)
-Good interpersonal, problem solving, conflict resolution, facilitation, and negotiation skills
-Experience working in a retail environment, with understanding on the customer trends and digital innovations in luxury retail a plus
