仕事内容

As an Ecommerce & Marketplace Specialist, your immediate responsibility is to support our digital platform through collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders. As day-to-day activities, you are responsible for incident management, quality assurance, vendor management, requirements discovery and constraints analysis through operation, with the help of your manager.
You will be also expected to contribute projects to enhance our existing platform  or launch new store on third party ecommerce websites, working closely with global/local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

You will have following 2 major functionalities.

Operational Support:
- Incident management, with all that comes with it following methodologies like ITIL
o Analysis of the incidents
o Coordination of the different actors to find a resolution
o Escalation to the L3 teams when necessary
o Follow-up until resolution
- Proactive monitoring of the platform to prevent incidents
- Problem management to identify repetitive patterns and suggest fixes to fully resolve them
- Regular release management (every 3 weeks), including QA coordination with the different local actors

Project Management:
There will be 2 types of projects
- Improvement projects on the existing basis (enhancement of an existing feature, activation of a new feature on the existing platform, …)
- Ad hoc projects to activate a new boutique or a new online channel, or to deploy new way of managing stock & orders (OMS)

Based on your experience you will be expected to contribute to both types of projects
- Act as the IT leader, or support the IT leader
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Handle project planning, risk management, and reporting
- Collaborate with local business & global/local IT to ensure successful delivery of the project
- Drive issue resolution through communication with global/local stakeholders
- Define operational support model with local 3rd parties

応募資格の概要

- 3+ years of experience with Global IT project
- Knowledge of web operations / ecommerce from an IT perspective is needed
- Experience with ECommerce operation in Retail industry with an omnichannel context is a big plus
- Excellent work attitude, people-oriented leadership
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving, facilitation skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills (business-level English and Japanese required)
