仕事内容
1. Demand Planning(for sellable and non-sellable items)
a. Sales Forecasting
- Managing/Adjusting statistical forecast
- Launch forecast creation with Product Marketing
- ABC classification analysis
- Reconciliation in between the forecast and budget

b. Goods’ Procurement
- Goods’ purchase planning
- Order creation + Tracking
- Delivery lead time management(including safety lead time management)
- Prioritize the order of rework at Japan(labeling, kit assembly and so on)

c. Inventory management
- Proper maintenance of the inventory level
- Take care of Out of Stock
- Take care of Obsolete stock

2. Information Management
a. Master maintenance
- Item master maintenance at Microsoft dynamics AX
- Item master maintenance at POS system

b. Launch Coordination
- Making the right schedule for launch products’ delivery to POS
- Sales unit allocation + Announcement to POS

c. Product discontinuation management
- Take the alignment with the global
- Making announcement to POS

d. Risk anticipation + Creation of back-up plan
- Information sharing to the sections concerned at the appropriate timing
- Organizing and leading the meeting for trouble shooting

e. KPI reporting
- POS order fulfillment rate
- Forecast Accuracy
- Out of stock
- Forecast reconciliation with the budget
- Inventory Coverage
- Excess and Obsolete stock

3. Participate to the projects internal and global

応募資格の概要
At least 3 years of experience relating to a supply chain role (especially demand planning)

・PC skills: Experience with Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word (mandatory).
→ Excel skills especially important.

・Language: Business level English (mandatory)

・Aptitude : Broad communication skills & sense of balance, accuracy + analytical skills.
A positive attitude with a sense of improvement even in difficult situations, as well as flexibility and tolerance for a variety of work-related situations.
