| 仕事内容 | Overall Job Purpose
Lead and manage all aspects of logistics-related project
Drive continuous improvements on key KPIs and optimization of logistics scheme
Key Job Duties & Responsibilities
1) Lead logistics related project
2) Participate in the project led by the business and the global team representing Operations Team
‐ Liaise with relevant department within Chanel
3) Optimize on-going operations through process improvement and maximize use of warehouse capacity
‐ Collaborate with 3PL service providers and other logistics vendors
＜Project to be launched in the short-mid term＞
‐ Update Business Continuity Plans for Distribution/Logistics with 3PL partners/IT
‐ Optimization of warehousing
‐ Streamline hazardous materials handling processes (outsource/external)
‐ Reinforce and expand e-Commerce fulfillment structure into multi-distribution
‐ CSR related initiatives (both local and global)
‐ Roll-out of new WMS and ERP upgrades
‐ Roll-out of new technology (details TBC)

Skill & Experience required
‐ Hands-on" management and leadership skills in various projects, as well as people both internal and external
‐ Work experience in SCM and deep understanding of operational procedures
‐ Experience in project both as a leadership role and within a cross-functional group as a team player
‐ Change management experience with demonstrated leadership
‐ Analytical, communication and negotiation skills
‐ PC skill (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Experience with ERP/WMS
‐ Language (Japanese: Native, English: fluent)
- Ecommerce related project experience is a plus
