本社 移転しました。
法務局に会社住所の移転の申請手続きやっと今日終わりました。
もう大変でした。
司法書士の先生にお任せする手もあったのですが、
自分でやってみようと思い、法務局の方に何度も電話し
申請書の書き方を聞いて、一人社長なのですが取締役決定書・株主リストなども必要になりました。
知らなかったのですが、会社を設立して10年以上経つと
取締役の重任という手続きが必要になります。
（現在、当社13年目です。）
これを怠っていたため、裁判所から追徴金が来る予定です。 😢
申請の途中で、会社の定款の謄本が必要になり こちらも自分で取るようにしたため
法務局のサイトおよび申請用総合ソフトのダウンロード マイカードでの電子署名
こちらもサポートデスクに長い時間電話して、やっとなんとか取ることができました。
労働局・税務署・福岡市役所・年金事務所にも異動届 完了。
あと取引のある銀行 3行に連絡したら終わりです。
