職務内容
■STRATEGIC PLANNING
・ Build local campaign strategy and achieve brand/category marketing objectives
・ Seek solutions in non-standard situation in line with brand objectives
・ Build strategy of lines/products sales outside of campaign to enhance business
■OPERATIONS
・ Plan and execute operation plan for each campaign
・ Co-work and coordinate between divisional operators for smooth implementation of the plan
・ Forecast control of sales and non-sales product for the future launches
・ Manage the logistic of sales support materials provided by global team
・ Analise campaign and overall category sales data
・ Liaise with global counterparts
・ Lead the project team members at divisional events when concerns marketing topic
・ Manage promotional budget
■ROLE IN THE TEAM
・ Show team working spirit and contribute to grow together within the team
・ Support Category Manager on project execution and substitute when needed
■LOCAL COORDINATION
・ Ensure the communication is consistent with the guideline on all materials
・ Communication to POS for all marketing information needed
■MARKET ANALYSIS
・ Review campaigns and share the result with Management (and global counterparts)
・ Monitor market, competitors and local trends and feedback findings with Manager, team members and global counterparts

応募資格
■Skills, Knowledge and Experience
・ More than 3 years of experience in Beauty (as Make up or Skin Care) marketing
・ Must have professional experience in cosmetic field (person who like cosmetics and have knowledge of market trend in Japan cosmetic field)
・ Team worker
・ Basic marketing data analysis ability
・ English in business level (ie. to write reports in English without problem)

6.5-8M
・Base on the candidate’s experience, skills and potential

・Full-time, Probationary Period: 6 months
■Work Hours
・Fixed working hours ：9:30～18:00（7.5h） Lunch time：12：45-13：45
・Flex time (core hours 10:30-16:00, 60 minute lunch)
