Job Mission:
Manager, Culture & Communications is responsible for driving thought leadership,strategic direction and implementation of culture and engagement interventions. The focus of the role is to design, develop, implement and evolve plans and actions that shape and shift our culture to support the brand and business objectives and our cultural aspirations. This position serves as a trusted advisor on sensitive and confidential organization initiatives, builds strong relationship within the HR community locally and globally and collaborates with business divisions and leadership team to create positive impact to the organization for our long term success.

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced leader of employee engagement, cultural transformation and internal communications.
・Design, develop and implement culture and communications strategies, aligning to Company’s purpose.
・Review and assess current organization culture to identify strengths, gaps and drivers and develop culture change plan to meet organization aspirations.
・Develop an approach and strategy to employee engagement which includes surveys, communication initiatives, on-going monitoring of engagement and focused action and metrics.
・Develop, implement and manage comprehensive communication planning across all employee populations, leveraging existing infrastructure/platforms and recommend use of relevant tools to increase effectiveness. Ensure messaging is accessible and relevant and tailored based on employee feedback.
・Provide advice and counsel to leaders on change and communication planning.
・Lead Culture Board which consists of divers profiles across functions for culture transformation.
・Work as a member of the global HR community for internal communications, people engagement and D&I

応募資格 Required experience, skill and qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR including people engagement or culture transformation
• Experience of working for a solid (local/global company) company/organization
• Professional and positive approach

• Team player and able to work on own initiative
• Assertive, adaptable, and creative
• Project Management and Change Management Skills
• Appreciate and value differences

• Fluent both in Japanese and English
• Enough PC skills

• Local and overseas travel required

Academic / Professional Qualifications
• University graduate
