Title: Digital Project Manager
Reports to: Digital Services Manager
CONTEXT/ BACKGROUND:
CHANEL Tech is embarking on a journey to transform its operating model and the information system architecture, shifting towards a model leveraging global capabilities and local expertise.
In order to support the Digital transformation of the company, the Japan Tech team is looking for a Digital Project Manager who will help us fasten our capacity to deliver value for our business and sustain the ambitions of our 3 divisions, while maintaining a state-of-the-art knowledge on new technologies.
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Under the supervision of the Digital services manager, the candidate will handle a portfolio of digital services for our 3 divisions, with a scope of responsibility covering both build and run activities. He/she will be involved on strategic initiatives and their localization as well as local initiatives aiming at further enhancing customer/employee experiences and support our overall omnichannel strategy.
The candidate will take ownership of technical solutions and will work closely with our business teams to understand their challenges and continuously propose solutions to support their ambitions and business goals.
Previous experiences working with Line and/or Salesforce will be a strong plus for the candidate.
Tech savviness and curious mindset will allow the person to further promote new Digital technologies and good practices to the rest of the Chanel Japan organization.

スキル・資格
QUALIFICATION:
-2 to 5 years of experience in Digital projects or product management with good technical background
-Strong project management methodology (PMP is a plus)
-Knowledge in usual development tools & languages
-Good communications skills to explain, convince and eventually train
-Strong interpersonal, problem solving, conflict resolution, facilitation skills
-Good verbal and written communication skills (fluent Japanese, English required at business level to communicate with global team on projects)
-Project experience or technical expertise in any of following platform is plus: SFDC Service Cloud, SFDC Marketing Cloud, HEROKU and LINE
