Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Develop and manage paid media budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Plan, execute and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and broadcast.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

 

  • Collaborate with cross-divisional, cross-functional teams to align media initiatives with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Work closely with the global team to explore the implementation of new initiatives and approaches.
  • Stay abreast of emerging media trends and technologies, integrating innovative approaches into the media mix.
  • Analyze market trends and audience behavior to inform media planning and buying decisions.
  • Manage relationships with media vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective placements.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Not mandatory but a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is expected; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in media planning, buying, and strategy development, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Japanese and English.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, traditional media channels, and emerging media trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in media planning and analysis tools.
  • A strategic mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to maintain and enhance the brand’s premium positioning through strategic media placements and partnerships.

 

Experience in Luxury is a plus:

  • Specialized experience in the luxury sector, with a deep understanding of the nuances and unique challenges within the high-end market.
  • Familiarity with luxury lifestyle publications, influencers, and exclusive media channels relevant to the target demographic
