【CHANEL】 Architecture Studio, Budget Project Manager

職務内容	Main Work

-Understand the linkage between the movement of goods and money, and manage the budget, progress, and landing of projects
-Preparation and submission of domestic flash report on a regular basis
-Creating CER (Mainly input amount)
-Authority to direct Voucher/Coupa processing and approve low payment amounts / Voucher / Coupa
-Support and manage the purchasing bidding process to the Purchasing Department
-Interaction with PDC (external PM/CM) and collaboration
-Management and analysis of recent project costs


Budget

-Creating Q1/Q3 Forecast budget & Financial statement list
-CER amount input for submission
-Creating data for Real Estate Call
-Updating Flash Report (Monthly Cost Report)
-Updating Boutique Tool (Periodical Cost Report)


Accounting

-Creating and management CGK project cost table (Actual)
-Carefully examine quotation
-Updating Recent Boutique Cost (Periodical Cost Report)

-モノとカネの動きの連動性を理解し、プロジェクトの予算・進捗・着地管理を行う。
-定期的な国内速報の作成・提出
-CER作成（主に入力金額）
-バウチャー/クーパーの処理を指示し、低額支払/バウチャー/クーパーの承認を行う権限
-購買部への購買入札プロセスのサポートと管理
-PDC（外部PM/CM）とのやり取りと連携
-最近のプロジェクトコストの管理と分析


予算

-Q1/Q3予測予算と財務諸表リストの作成
-CER提出用金額入力
-不動産コール用データ作成
-フラッシュレポート（月次コストレポート）更新
-ブティックツール（定期原価報告）更新


会計

-CGKプロジェクト原価表（実績）の作成と管理
-見積書の精査
-最近のブティック原価の更新（定期原価報告書）

必要な経験・能力

Required:
-Bachelor's degree in architecture, or finance or related discipline, plus minimum five years' experience, preferably in architecture / finance field.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills along with presentation techniques
-Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team
-Strict adherence to deadlines
-capability to produce periodical financial report and management skill to monitor finance in ongoing project is required

Preferred:
-Well versed with financial software
-relevant cost management experience in architecture field is preferred
-Fluency in English / Japanese
(Japanese language skill should be native or fluent)
-Experience of people management

-建築、金融、または関連分野の学士号取得者、および建築・金融分野で最低5年の経験者。
-優れた文書および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーション技術
-チームを効果的にリードし、鼓舞する能力
-期限厳守
-定期的な財務報告書を作成する能力と、進行中のプロジェクトにおける財務を監視する管理能力が求められる。

尚可
-財務ソフトウェアに精通していること。
-建築分野でのコスト管理経験があることが望ましい。
-英語／日本語が堪能であること。
(日本語がネイティブまたは流暢であること）
