Basic Fanction
会計G/Lマネージャーは、正確な会計報告と効果的な会計プロセスを維持するために、地元およびシャネルの会計方針への遵守に関してセクションマネージャーと連携することが期待されています。
Responsibity
IFRSおよび日本GAAPの会計報告と分析 – 月次、四半期、年次の締めくくりと報告を主導します。精度を確認するために分析的なレビューを実施します。
オペレーション – 正確で信頼性のある会計記録の作成を確保するために会計オペレーションを維持します。
監査 – 外部および内部監査を主導して、遅延なく完全なコンプライアンスを確保します。
コントロール – 適切なレベルの内部統制を設計、実施、維持します。
チーム管理 – 三名のスタッフを管理し、強力なチームを構築します。
プロジェクト – 様々な会計関連のプロジェクトを主導/サポートします。今後のプロジェクトの例にはERPの導入やESGイニシアチブがあります。
その他 – 様々な会計関連のタスクおよびその他のタスクを処理します。
Basic Function:
The Accounting G/L Manager is expected to partner with Section Manager on adherence to local and Chanel accounting policies in order to maintain accurate accounting reporting and effective accounting processes.
Responsibilities:
1. IFRS and Japan GAAP Accounting Reporting and Analysis – Lead monthly, quarterly, annual closing and reporting. Conduct analytical review to ensure accuracy.
2. Operations – Maintain accounting operations to ensure production of accurate and reliable accounting records.
3. Audit – Lead external and internal audit to ensure full compliance with no delay.
4. Controls – Design, implement, and maintain adequate level of internal controls.
5. Team management – Manage three staff members and build a strong team.
6. Projects – Lead/support various accounting related projects. Examples of upcoming projects are ERP implementation and ESG initiatives.
7. Others – Handle various accounting related tasks and other tasks.

8年以上の総勘定経験、および/または税務、監査経験
米国CPA、日本CPA、または公認会計士の資格が望ましい
ビジネスレベルの英語と日本語

MS Excelのスキル
労働条件: 主にオフィス環境および/または在宅勤務。週末や夕方の仕事が時折発生する可能性があり、これは時間差（グローバルプロジェクトのため）や繁忙期（主に年末締めくくり）に対処するためのものです。 監督するスタッフ: 3人
Qualifications and Experiences:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
8+ years of General Accounting experience, and/or tax, audit experience.
US CPA, Japan CPA or charted accountant is preferrable.
Business level English and Japanese.

Working Conditions:
Primarily in an office environment and/or work-from-home. Periodic weekend or evening work is expected to handle time difference (for global projects) and busy season (primarily year-end closing).
