HR Business Partner (HR Manager or Senior HR Manager)
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who can proactively provide value added service and HR solutions to management and employees in the designated business division.
You will mainly focus on organizational development, talent management, talent acquisition and employee relation so that overall business objectives can be realized. In parallel, you will work on various projects liaising with local/global HR team and with other departments while demonstrating leadership.

Required experience, skill and qualifications:
· Minimum 10 years of experience in HR including HRBP experience
· Experience of working for a solid (local/global company) company/organization
· Professional and positive approach
· Collaborates well
· Effective communicator at all levels
· Team player and able to work on own initiative
· Assertive, adaptable, and creative
· Project Management and Change Management Skills
· Fluent in English
· Enough PC skills
· Local and overseas travel required
· University graduate
